The Aluminium Fuel Project intends to remove the reliance of oil in maritime travel. By harnessing the potential of Aluminium as an energy source, it becomes possible to almost completely eliminate carbon emissions from one of the notable stumbling blocks towards a zero carbon world.
The goal of this project is to demonstrate a path forward that is more effective, compared to other solutions being researched in the industry, such as pressurized hydrogen, ammonia, and lithium-ion battery technology.
